- SYNOPSIS This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. NSWC Crane Division plans to enter into a five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Direct Metal Laser Sintering 3-D Printer with an extended warranty of five years, along with a five year pricing setup for the build material (powder). The ordering period of the IDIQ contract will be for five years. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 procedures. Delivery of the printer will be required 90 days after award of the first delivery order. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery shall be FOB destination. The procurement will be awarded on a competitive basis IAW FAR Part 15. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value to the Government. Evaluation of offers will be based on Price and Past Performance factors as described in the solicitation. Offerors that are non-compliant with any material requirement may be rejected without further consideration for award. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
