Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's award of a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to American Purchasing Service, LLC, 10315 USA Today Way, Miramar, FL 330253902. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The NCO procured Transport Stretchers for the Nebraska-Western Iowa VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. See attached J and A.
