- Western Area Power Administration has a Brand Name Only requirement for Enersys Battery Banks, Racks, and Spill Containment, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Code is 335911 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. Delivery is FOB Destination to Bismarck, ND. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor that quotes the required Enersys products at the lowest price.
