- CONSTRUCT SCOUT-RECCE GUNNERY COMPLEX Category: Y -Construction of Structures and Facilities-Potential Sources Sought Date Published: April 11, 2014 Contact: USP&FO for Arkansas, Contracting Division, Box 003, Building 7100, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199. Point of Contact: Thomas Yerkey Synopsis: CONSTRUCTION OF SCOUT RECONNNAISSANCE GUNNERY COMPLEX WITH AUTOMATED INFANTRY PLATOON BATTLE COURSE. (Scout/Reece with IPBC). The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, Purchasing & Contracting may issue a solicitation and award of a contract to quote mark Construct a Scout/Reece w IPBC quote mark subject to availability of funds. The solicitation is not currently available and bids are not requested at this time. The project is located on the Arkansas Army National Guard Range at Fort Chaffee, AR. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Primary facilities are Range Tower, Operations and Storage buildings, Classroom facility, Latrine, Bleacher Enclosure, Covered Messing facility, Ammo Breakdown building, After-Action review building and Bivouac Area. Construction will also include utility services, gutters, storm drainage, parking areas and other site improvement. Target emplacements will be constructed; targets and target installation will not be part of the contract. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 21 Apr 2014. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form ( see additional information link) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
