Description

UPDATE (04/11/14): A 'Questions and Answers' document pertaining to Market Survey/RFI N66001-14-R-0042 has been attached. A revised Market Survey/RFI has also been attached.******************************************************** UPDATE (04/07/14): The Government has received several questions about Market Survey/RFI N66001-14-R-0042. See below clarification for updates: Revised Market Survey attached. The revised Market Survey has increased the NAICS small business size standard threshold to $35.5M. The revised Market Survey has also extended the timeframe for Market Survey questions and the Market Survey closing date. N66001-14-R-0042 is similar, but not the same, as N66001-13-R-0041. N66001-14-R-0042 has added section 3.2.12 to the draft PWS. Additionally, the scope (specifically LOE) has changed. 26 FTEs are anticipated under this procurement. A significant material purchase will also be included as a part of this contract (see attached draft Bill of Materials). The dollar value of the procurement is estimated between $50M and $100M. N66001-13-R-0041 is canceled. ******************************* The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), is seeking information from industry regarding the capabilities of small business in support of In- Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) functions for tactical data links and related systems. Specifically regarding small business capabilities related to the tasking requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This market survey is issued for the purpose of determining Small Business capabilities. Large Businesses do not need to respond to this notice. Please see the attached RFI for detailed information.
