Description

Pharmacy Finishes Upgrade: Renovation of pharmacy areas. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to patch and paint walls, demo existing carpeting, and the installation of new carpeting for the pharmacy areas. The pharmacy area is located in Building 12 at the Hot Spring VA Medical Center, 500 N.5th St, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, removing any shelving and items from walls necessary to perform painting, and reinstall the items upon completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number VA264-14-Q-2322 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about April 28, 2014. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit will be held. (See solicitation when available for date/time/location of the organized site visit). Proposals are tentatively scheduled to be due on Wednesday, 28 May 2014 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). The Period of Performance is expected to be 30 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is less than $25,000.
