PR: 0051905318 NSN: 6665-016067851 Solicitation#SPE7MC14Q0946 Item description: Monitoring Device, Concussion Manufacturers: BLACKBOX BIOMETRICS (6G3L8) P/N: S12 TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted Total PR quantity is for 25,200 packages. The item is being procured utilizing FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 04/10/14 at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. Delivery requested is 150days. FOB is Origin, inspections and acceptance is Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Responses are due: 04/22/14 1300 EST.
