- The Marine Corps Logistics Command in Albany, GA intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source type contract to L-3 Insight Technology, Inc. (Cage Code: 0B107) where the contractor shall refurbish Government owned equipment to OEM standards for the following: CLIN 0001: Refurbishment of Grenade Launcher Night Sight Mount, NSN: 1010-01-516-0953, Quantity: 1,307 Each CLIN 0002: Refurbishment of Illuminator, Infrared, NSN: 5855-01-577-7174, P/N: AN/PEQ-15, Quantity: 2,435 Each CLIN 0003: Refurbishment of Mini-Integrated Illuminator Module, NSN: 5855-01-550-2780, Quantity: 1,450 Each Ship to: MCLC Bldg. 1221 DR 20 Albany, GA 31704. FOB: Destination. Delivery date: 45 days after receipt of asset. The NAICS Code is 333314 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offerors capability to repair these items without the government providing technical data.
