Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: Pickup and disposal of general medical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2014 and ending 27 April 2015. CLIN 0002: Pickup and disposal of pharmaceutical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2014 and ending 27 April 2015. CLIN 1001: Pickup and disposal of general medical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2015 and ending 27 April 2016. CLIN 1002: Pickup and disposal of pharmaceutical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2015 and ending 27 April 2016. CLIN 2001: Pickup and disposal of general medical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2016 and ending 27 April 2017. CLIN 2002: Pickup and disposal of pharmaceutical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2016 and ending 27 April 2017. CLIN 3001: Pickup and disposal of general medical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2017 and ending 27 April 2018. CLIN 3002: Pickup and disposal of pharmaceutical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2017 and ending 27 April 2018. CLIN 4001: Pickup and disposal of general medical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2018 and ending 27 April 2019. CLIN 4002: Pickup and disposal of pharmaceutical hazardous waste generated in 7 MDG in accordance with EPA and other Federal Guidelines with a period of performance starting 28 April 2018 and ending 27 April 2019. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1R4MD4071A003. Quotes will be evaluated and an award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) IAW FAR 52.204-7. This procurement is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
