Description
Due to overwhelming demand, we have reached our capacity for the May 5 event. However, you may continue to register and your name will be placed on a waiting list for future events (dates TBD). Save the date to attend the Defense Health Agency (DHA) (formerly TRICARE Management Activity (TMA)) Small Business Forum! The event is being held on May 5, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Small Business vendors will have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and the products and services they provide. The DHA Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) Director will discuss DHA's mission and provide information on the types of products and services DHA buys. This Small Business Forum will provide an opportunity for vendors to network and build partnerships. Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) 7700 Arlington Blvd., Pavilion Conference Room - Salon A Falls Church, VA 22041 POC-Tel: 703-681-8365 Alternate Tel: 703-399-2063 Announcement: DHA OSBP website Register: Registration is required. Two representatives per company are allowed to register, with a limit of 40 people. When more than 40 people register, the excess of 40 will be put on a priority wait list to attend the next Small Business Forum (dates are TBD). Deadline for registration is 5:00 p.m. April 18, 2014. To register go to the DHA OSBP website. Please save your completed registration form and e-mail it to the DHA OSBP. Please come prepared! The Forum attendees will be required to complete a DHA SB Vendor Profile Form to submit along with their Capability Statements prior to the event and to be registered in SAM. The Vendor Profile Sheet and Capability Statements can be submitted prior to the day of the event via email, [ smallbusinessforum@tma.osd.mil ]. Agenda: DHA OSBP website. Parking: Parking is very limited at DHHQ. In order to obtain a shuttle pass or parking pass in a timely manner; vehicle information MUST be made available on the registration form, only one parking pass per company. Shuttle service is provided from the Dunn Loring Metro, Pentagon, and Skyline to and from the DHHQ facility with a CAC, Military ID or shuttle bus pass. Schedules will be provided for participants once registration is completed. Please ensure email addresses are included on the registration form so that parking and bus passes can be sent to participants.
