- Solicitation Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for baffle motors in accordance with drawing 2820894 Rev B. The request for quotation includes a base requirement for 50 baffle motors and one (1) option quantity for an additional 50 baffle motors. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-14-T-0171 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 326299 and has a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
