- This procurement is being performed under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAVSUP, Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase (6)ea Circulators (Radio Frequency), Part Number 2664206-1, NSN 5985-00-504-2474 NAICS 334419. **This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement.** Solicitation number N00244-14-T-0048 applies and is anticipated that a Request For Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about April 18, 2014. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. The Government is seeking quotations for new material only. Applicable certificates of conformance (IAW 52.246-15) shall be furnished upon delivery. Inspection and acceptance will be by the Government. Delivery location is NAVSUP FLCSD, Code 4311 FMS, 3985 Cummings Road, Bldg 116, San Diego, CA 92136. The method of invoicing and payment shall be by Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This announcement will close April 28, 2014.
