- Description
- Cross-Domain ISR PCPAD RFI This RFI is conducting market research on technologies that address the challenge of integrating information containing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) value that has been generated by space and cyberspace systems into the broader Air Force ISR enterprise. This integration should create a network-centric environment that enables the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Disseminate and Integration (PCPAD) of this data. The goal is to increase battlespace awareness across operational domain boundaries and enhances the warfighter's ability to discover and leverage cross-domain correlations in ISR for developing actionable intelligence. To achieve the goal of fully integrated cross-domain ISR, this development planning (DP) effort is exploring concepts in four main areas: • Approaches and technologies for ingesting and storing data generated by space and cyberspace domain systems that were not primarily developed for ISR operations; • Approaches and technologies for creating metadata about the ISR sources, services, data and products that exist in each domain to help users find the information that they need; • Approaches and technologies for exposing elements of that organized information, as needed, to stakeholders throughout the IC and CCMDs; and • Approaches and technologies that help integrate the flow of Cross-domain ISR data and products through each stage of the Air Force PCPAD process and the architectures that support it.
