- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announces its intent to solicit proposals to provide Authorized Central Storage (ACS) Chemical Disposal and Destruction services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) will be 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection. The requirement will be for multiple states within the continental United States. Pending approval from the SBA, it is anticipated that the soliciation will be under FAR Part 15 Full and Open Competition. An amendment will be made to this synopsis upon SBA approval to confirm the size standard of this procurement. The solicitation will be posted on or about April 22, 2014 and will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copies of the solicitation and any amendments. This solicitation does not commit the government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals or to contract for this service. All proposals submitted in response to the solicitation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements set forth in the solicitation. Interested offerors are reminded to carefully review the document and fill in all appropriate information where required, including all representations and certifications. Your proposal must be received by he date adn time specified in Section L.6 of the solicitation in order to be considered.
