- Vicinity Map This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; find attachment below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes from experienced small business who can skid bole wood from 137 acres within the forest to roadside landings. This solicitation is Set-Aside for 100% small business (SB). The NAICS code for this project is 115310 and the small business size standard is $17.5 Million. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov, and must complete the online representations and certifications (ORCA). Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quote for consideration. A formal site visit will be held on May 1, 2014 at 9am commencing from the Dolores Public Lands Center, 29211 Hwy 184 in Dolores, Colorado. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis and is only available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Please locate and refer to Request for Proposal attached to this announcement. Proposals are due NTL 1400 hrs (Mountain Time) on May 5th, 2014.
