- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to CINCOM Systems, Inc., a large business, to provide commercial off-the-shelf brand name CINCOM Systems, Inc. software support. The period of performance will begin on July 01, 2014 through June 30, 2015, and includes four 1-year options. CINCOM Systems, Inc. has proprietary rights to the software associated with this acquisition and has confirmed that they, as the original equipment manufacturer, are the only vendor capable of providing the support for the CINCOM software. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the System for Award Management. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
