DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT 1. GENERAL: The Contractor shall provide a one year renewable corporate account with licensing to the VA that will allow three users (Medical Media Services, the Office of Public Affairs, and the BPVAHCS Webmaster) to download/utilize 35 photo and graphic images per day to utilize in patient and employee educational materials, BPVAHCS informational materials, and BPVAHCS websites., and with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications provided herein. 2. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: N/A 3. EMERGENCY REPAIR: N/A 4. REPAIR PERSONNEL: N/A 5. PARTS: This contract must include at a minimum; a corporate account with 24/7 access of three users to website to download/utilize 35 photo and graphic images per day. 6. SYSTEM UPGRADES: N/A 7. PARTS EXCLUSIONS: N/A 8. RESPONSE TIME: 24/7 access of three users to website to download/utilize 35 photo and graphic images per day. 10. REPORTS: Yearly renewal quotes provided to maintain account access. 11. ITEMS COVERED: Website access
