Description
Model Contract Representations & Certifications (Sec K) Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) List DD Form 254 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Statement of Objectives (SOO) BAA Table of Contents Initial Announcement The SAIT program will provide operational and technical analysis to aid in determining which sensor technology concepts offer the optimal performance in realistic Air Force missions. It will assess and understand requirements; perform operational analysis; perform technical analysis; assess advanced technologies; support and participate in ground and flight demonstrations/tests and explore sensor system integration. These analyses will be examined in context with ongoing AFRL programs and may also include other Air Force programs as they relate to sensor systems, space sensor programs, multi-intelligence related programs, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Homeland Defense. Areas that are covered by SAIT include program planning, systems engineering, development, test, program management, vendor and government agency coordination, weapons platform integration planning and logistics planning. The technical aspects of SAIT are to plan and conduct: technical analyses on specified sensor systems - including assessing specified sensor technologies, sensor system hardware and software.
