- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Army Direct Care Medical Services - Generation Two (ADCMS-G2) Ancillary, Nurse and Physician Services to be provided in the geographic footprint of the United States Army Pacific Regional Medical Command. The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for Ancillary services is 622110 and the small business size standard is $35.5 million. The NAICS code for Nursing services is 621399 and the small business size standard is $7 million. The NAICS code for Physician services is 621111 and the small business size standard is $10 million. A minimum of 15 multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts (5 Ancillary, 5 Nurse, and 5 Physician) will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Each contract will have a 4-year ordering period. This requirement has been Set-Aside 100% for Small Business concerns. Solicitation W81K04-14-R-0001 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov), on or about 18 April 2014. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contracts will be awarded using best value techniques. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer in response to this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE).
