Description

Statement of Work - Diox Multiflex 5 Controller 1.Vender shall provide 2 each Chlorine Dioxide Multiflex 5 Controller Packages, MO5ATPTRSIIXX000000A Panel Mounted system complete with Chlorine Dioxide sensor. To be located in rooms SL51 and CL55. 2.To provide 2 each Diox Chlorite sensors factory upgrade to add chlorite sensors to the Diox panel. Unit includes CLT 1mA-2ppm Sensor, 4-20 mA Driver card, Controller reconfiguration and accessories for panel mounting. 3.This new equipment will be installed by Syracuse VA personnel. 4.These new parts are needed to prevent Legionella and to prevent the Domestic water piping to corrode throughout the facility.
