Description

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, will be soliciting proposals from vendors to furnish the PVAMC with Hysteroscopy Custom Surgical Pack(s) for the period covering 5/1/14 - 4/30/14. Vendors who are submitting equivalents to the items specified for the custom surgical pack must be in accordance with the requirements listed on page one (1) of the solicitation. The requiring activity will draw down on the "blanket order" for surgical packs as needed. The quantity listed in the solicitation is for estimated use only. The actual quantity could be more or less. The estimated quantity was based on the two (2) previous years usage. Any/all vendors submitting any equivalents to the specified requirements may be required to submit a "sample surgical pack" for review and assessment. The PVAMC incorporates the "Clear Count" process into the surgical packs, ** NO EXCEPTIONS**. The awarded contract will be a Fixed-Price type contract. The solicitation method will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The planned posting of the forthcoming subject solicitation will be approximately 04/8/2014. Point of contact is H.
