- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a succeeding lease, using other than full and open competition to offers for the Department of Commerce in Denver, CO. The Government currently occupies 4,990 rentable square feet, 4,132 ANSI BOMA square feet of office space located at 1999 Broadway, Denver, CO. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported and are advantageous to the Government. These factors include but are not limited to relocation and tenant improvement costs. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental rate. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 22, 2014. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, percentage of common area factor used to determine the rentable square feet, one-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
