Description

Davis-Bacon Wage Rates Liquidated Damages Clause Construction Clauses Solicitation Terms, Conditions, etc. Specs Scope Request for Quotation The contractor shall be responsible for and shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing ceiling system and light fixtures. Install new ceiling system, HVAC diffusers and grill, new light fixtures, prepare and paint common area walls, metal doors and door frames and install corner guards. Work will take place in the Common Areas, located on the 3rd floor of the Robert Denney Federal Building and Courthouse, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, NE. Site visits will be conducted on April 8th, from 9:00 a.m - 10:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., and on April 15th from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Contact Terry Morgan to confirm your attendance at one of the site visits.
