- Description
- The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a SPQ and will provide the subject NSN to satisfy the requirements for the Stock Depot in Burlington, NJ. Direct delivery orders to customers may also be ordered through this SPQ. There IS ONE NSN being solicited. Item will be awarded to a single vendor. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a THREE MONTH time frame. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ can be cancelled at any time. VENDORS MAY SUBMIT ONE FOB ORIGIN PRICE FOR DIRECT DELIVERY ORDERS TO ANY LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATES. Award will be to the low priced quote as long as the 45 DARO to deliver is met. The average of the FOB Destination Price and the FOB Origin price will be used for evaluation purposes. By signing the 1449 signature document contractor verifies that the item they are quoting meets the Item Purchase Description as well as any applicable clauses. Please return the Vendor Response Document, Additional Fill in Clauses, Military Marking Document, and Signed 1449 with your quote. Please include your MSDS sheets in your quote package. SOLICITATION CLOSES TUESDAY MARCH 8TH, 2014 AT 3:00 PM EST AND 2:00 PM CST.
