- This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Social Security Administration (SSA) in Fairhope, AL, The Government will negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location. The government will negotiate with the current lessor to lease for SSA approximately 6,598 ANSI/BOMA office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, hearing room, conference and training area. Required : All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy : The space is required on or before June 30, 2014.
