- *Note: This post was erroneously posted as a special notice on March 24, 2014. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to CoStar Realty at 1331 L St. NW, Washington, DC 20005 on a sole source basis utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract is for a subscription for CoStar Property Professional. Several features of this subscription make it unique. The subscription provides a nationwide listing of current available inventory of office and retail space as well as provides an analysis of each of the markets nationwide. Market research has revealed no other vendor can provide a solution that meets all three criteria (provides a list of current available offices, provides market analysis information, and provides nationwide coverage); therefore, the Government intends to procure the subscription on a sole source basis from CoStar Realty. The period of performance for this requirement is July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within seven days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A redacted copy of the justification prepared for this procurement will follow at a later date.
