- NSN: 2835-00-111-1496, Seal, Engine Gas Turbine. Purchase Request Number 1000023932. This NSN has Higher Level Quality System requirements. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." Government First Article Testing is required. QCC code "JCA". Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program applies. Configuration Control Applies. Stocked Item. This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Requested delivery is 348 Days ARO. Solicited on an Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 118 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 30 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 885 each. The minimum delivery order is 30 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 59 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 21 April 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
