- PR 51754889 for NSN 3120-01-352-0217, approved sources: RBC Transport Dynamics (09455), Kamatics Corporation (50632) and The Boeing Company (8V613), P/N 7-311411154-1, Bushing, Sleeve. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This is not a Critical Safety Item. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 1811 each. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, FOB at Destination delivery 245 days ARO to Susquehanna, PA. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. The issue date is on or around 04/25/2014, and the closing date is on or around 05/26/2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. The software is available free at http://www.adobe.com A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. ****ELECTRONIC QUOTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the DLA Bid Desk. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered SAM. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
