- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning, Georgia is issuing a sources sought to determine the availability of potential small businesses. This is not a request for proposals or quotes. The information gathered will be used to make an informed business decision on how to procure this requirement. The Government is seeking businesses capable of providing the STATdx to assist the Radiologist in diagnosis of complex radiology imaging cases. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek interested Small Businesses in order to reaffirm the initial research that it may be possible to set-aside for Small Business concerns. The preferred strategy is to procure this requirement as Small Business Set-aside. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, information received, not reimburse participants for information they provide. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS. This is a request for small businesses interested in serving as prime contractors to submit a brief capability statement demonstrating how they could meet the requirements below: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: STATdx point-of-care diagnostic decision support system increases speed, accuracy and diagnostic confidence in complex imaging cases. STATdx streamlines workflow by reducing the time required to research and complete a difficult imaging analysis. Its online format ensures that physicians can have access to on-demand reference tools wherever and whenever needed - in the hospital and in the imaging center. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responses must provide the following: 1. Name of firm with address, phone, email and point of contact, CAGE Code and DUNS 2. Business Size and state if your firm is classified by the Small Business Administration under the NAICS code 519190, and if your firm is under one of the Small Business subset programs such as 8(a), Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Hub Zone, Woman Owned, or Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business. 3. Capability Statement SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this announcement must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, April 17, 2014.
