- The Air Focre is seeking proposals for an Anomolous Penetrator Munition - Bomb Live Unit (BLU) Instrumentation and Sensor Development, Design and Installation (BLU-109) as described in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). The required delivery date is not later than 23 July 2014. This is a Best-Value, Full and Open Competition. Please submit proposals in accordance with Attachment 2. Proposals must be received by 1:00 PM Mountain Daylight Savings Time on 9 April 2014 to elesha.gentry@us.af.mil. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED. RESPONSES ARE NOW DUE BY 1:00 PM MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME ON 9 APRIL 2014.
