- Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: M62613-14-T-0028 The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Marine Corps Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni (MCASI), Japan, intends to purchase below listed requirements. Requirement: GFM RAZOR WIRE. This procurement is not a small business set-aside, any responsible source may submit an offer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 332613 (Coiled springs, light gauge, made from purchased wire or strip manufacturing) and Federal Supply Class (FSC) of 5360. All quotes shall be in the English language and priced in U.S. dollars.
