This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the Canandaigua, New York VA Medical Center will be posting a solicitation on or about April 17, 2014 for the renovation of the basement of Building 3 to accommodate an acupuncture/chiropractic clinic at the Canandaigua VAMC, Bath, NY. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $33.5M. The cost range is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. A complete scope of work, specification, drawings, instructions on submission of proposals, and information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the solicitation.
