- K = Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice PSC Classification: 6640 NAICS Code: 333994 Title: Die-bond batch furnace This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 333994 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number is HQ0727-14-Q-L002. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to the lowest price, technically acceptable bidder that meets the requirements IAW the SOW DMEA 14-4D0 and the evaluation submittal requirements. The objective of this requirement is to purchase one (1) die-bond furnace IAW SOW DMEA 14-4D0 dated 25 March 2014. Only brand new equipment shall be acceptable. No used or refurbished equipment shall be allowed. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, 1 EA, Die-Bond Batch Furnace IAW SOW DMEA 14-4D0 dated 25 March 2014. Quotes must include: 1) a listing of how the proposed die-bond furnace meets the technical requirements in the SOW. 2) Pictures, graphics, drawings, and or brochures depicting systems or assemblies with physical dimensions of proposed die-bond furnace. 3) Timeline for delivery of proposed die-bond furnace. 4) Identify recommended periodic calibrations as well as other preventative maintenance needed to properly maintain the die-bond furnace. 5) If applicable, submit a recommended replacement/maintenance parts list including type of service, periodicity, part number(s), and costs (include estimated travel for a field engineer to perform services at the address outlined in section 3.0 of the SOW). 6) identify the product warranty. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72.
