- Army Contracting Command NJ -Fort Dix is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for refuse collection and recycling services to be performed at ESEK Hopkins AFRC, 1 Narragansett Street, Cranston, RI. This RFI is to identify potential contractors for this requirement. Contractor shall provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse and recycling services at the location listed above and in strict accordance with the statement of work. The required services are provided in the attached Statement of Work entitled quote mark STATEMENT OF WORK FOR REFUSE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING SERVICES AT ESEK HOPKINS AFRC, CRANSTON, RI (RI007). This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this RFI should not exceed five (5) pages and must contain the following information: Your company's business size, using NAICS code 562111 business size $35.5m as the benchmark to determine business size. Please include any additional terms and/or conditions that might be included in a contract between commercial entities which may differ or not be included in the attached Statement of Work. Responses are to be submitted to William Waterhouse, william.l.waterhouse.civ@mail.mil by close of business Wednesday, 09 April 2014. Further, attached is a copy of the DRAFT Statement of Work.
