- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Mobile Heating AC Unit shall consist of a compact packaged conditioning equipment unit with all controls and equipment necessary to provide ambient to high temperature environments to various test chambers and a trailer capable of transporting the equipment. See Statement of Work for requirments. Questions and the responses are attached in the following document (Questions W9124Q-14-T-9291)
