Description

Sources Sought and SOW SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below: This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron intends to contract forty (40) 44-53 passenger buses and drivers for the 2014 Offutt AFB Open House/Air Show on 19 and 20 July 2014. There are five (5) routes identified below. All buses will run directly to Offutt AFB, NE and return to originating point(s) on a continuous loop once started. Eight (8) buses will be used for each route, the number of buses assigned to each route may change as each day goes on, especially near the end of the show. Total buses running as of 0830 hours each day will be thirty (30) expanding to forty (40) at 1200 hours. All bus drivers should know each route as indicated so that re-routing can be accomplished as necessary. Please See attached Sources sought and SOW
