- Limited Source Justification The Department of the Interior, Acquisition Services Directorate awarded a sole source delivery order to Compusearch Software Systems for Annual PRISM, Financial Assistance, and DFARS Software License in the amount of $611,246.24. The delivery number is D14PD00370. The circumstances permitting other than full and open competition are prescribed in FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work and 8.405-6(b) items peculiar to one manufacturer. The primary statutory authority for the MAS program are Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq.) and Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies.
