Lighting Upgrade at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q140018. This requirement is a small business set aside and the NAICS code is 238210. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Division of Gulf Operations (DGO) intends to procure supplies and services for a lighting upgrade at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet located at 2600 Amoco Road, Beaumont, TX, 77705 Responses and questions to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be directed to the Department of Transportation via email to aline.smith@dot.gov no later than one week prior to the closing date of May 1, 2014. Award will be fixed price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror submitting a quote which conforms to this RFQ.
