- SC1000022741/ RA14044013. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 6605-01-060-9759, Case and Bezel Assembly manufactured in accordance with IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-DTL-5421D, REVISION NR D DTD 04/05/2011, PART PIECE, NUMBER: AN5812-1,. This is being solicited as a100% Small Business Set Aside. This item is not a CSI item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 120 each per base year and 120each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available at CFolders. This is a candidate for Reverse Auction procedures. Surge requirements do not apply. The required delivery is 138 days ARO. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition after restriction of sources. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
