- General Driving Directions, Redstone Arsenal Access and a Map. Format for Questions The Virginia Contracting Activity, Missile and Space Intelligence Center Contracting Office, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama intends to release a Request for Proposal for Defensive Systems Analysis on or about 24 April 2014. In order to afford maximum time for review, a DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) was released on 23 January 2014. The Government is hosting a Technical Brief on 16 April 2014 at 10:00 AM CDT at Missile and Space Intelligence Center auditorium, Bldg 4545 Fowler Rd, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. See Attachment 1 DIA/Missile and Space Intelligence Center for driving directions and other pertinent information. We will accept RSVPs from up to two visitors per Organization for this event NLT 3:00PM CDT, Thursday, 10 April 2014. RSVP information will include Name and Company for those visitors WITH a CAC, Military ID or Redstone Arsenal Access Badge. RSVP information for those WITHOUT a CAC, Military ID or Redstone Arsenal Access Badge, will include Full Name, SSN, Company, work phone number, and employment status (Contractor). RSVPs will be made to MAJ Jake Elsass at 256-313-7277 or jake.elsass@us.af.mil. Provided in this synopsis is Attachment 2, the format for questions on this requirement. Questions will be consolidated and incorporated into the Technical Brief. These questions must be received via email at jake.elsass@us.af.mil no later than 1:00PM CDT, Friday, 11 April 2014 in order for the Government to incorporate them into the Technical Brief. However, if unable to submit questions by the suspense date and/or if new questions arise during the Brief, the Government will collectively provide time for question and answer dialog. This Special Notice is for informational purposes only and is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
