- Solicitation FA8538-14-R-00100. Anticipated issue date will be 16 April 2014 and the anticipated response date will be approximately 30 days thereafter. RFP will be for the procurement of Spares. The period of performance is 24 (twenty-four) months. This acquisition is restricted to the following sources: (Northrop Grumman Systems Cage: 97942). The supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
