H-NY83, ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MED/CARD/CATH (NOTE: CONTRACT COVERAGE FROM 4/1/14 TO 3/31/15) CMS2000 INJECTOR (3 EA) S# 817 S# 505379 S# 510371 SYSTEM: #INFINIX VCI/3D-VL LOCATED AT MED/CARD/CATH THE ACIST SERVICE ASSURANCE PLAN INCLUDES FULL COVERAGE ON ALL LABOR, TRAVEL, PARTS, LOANER SYSTEMS AND FREIGHT ON THE ACIST CONTRACT INJECTION SYSTEMS. THIS PLAN INCLUDES ONE (1) PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE VISIT ANNUALLY WHICH IS SCHEDULED BY ACIST SERIVCE REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN THE DURATION OF THE COVERAGE. EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE WITHIN THE ASAP SERVICE AGREEMENT ARE: INJECTOR MOUNTS, CABLES (INTERFACE, INTERCONNECT COMMUNICATIONS), TRANSDUCERS, PENDENT SWITCH, AND EDA CLIPS. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to April 11, 2014. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Aleta.Jennette@va.gov and received by 10:00AM EST on April 11, 2014. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time.
