Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include delivery, and training of Brand Name OR EQUAL Neuro-Kinetics UP Grade System and accessories as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION AND ATTACHMENT 1 OF THE SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. NON-COMPLIANT OFFERS WILL BE DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE.
