Description

Enviromental Protection Agency Standards for Service Service Contract Act Wages Building 1523 Statement of Work Building 237 Statement of Work N40083-14-Q-3210 Solicitation This solicitation is to clean the Ductwork, Grills & Air Handling Unit at Building 237 & 1523 on Naval Station Great Lakes, IL. This work includes but is not limited to cleaning all existing air-handling units in their entirely (including fresh air intake, filter chamber, coils, coil housings, fans and fan housing), all associated supply and return ductwork, as well as the related grilles, vents and diffusers. The Government will only accept offers from a Small Business. This is a negotiated procurement, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process of the Best Value Continuum in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The Government anticipates a contract award in May of 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561790, Other Building Finishing Contractors, with a size standard of $7 million per year. The period of performance is 75 days after contract award.
