- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure promotional items as follows: (1) Rain gear in sizes S, M, L, XL in yellow and green with logos, 880 Total. (2) Mens and Ladies Endeavor Jackets in sizes S, M, L, XL, and 3XL in Blue/Navy and Black, Jackets, Blue in Sizes M, L, XL; Safety Jackets, Lime in sizes M, L, S, 2XL and 3XL; Safety Sweatshirts, Lime in sizes M, L, 1XL, 2XL, 3XL with logos; 1,055 Total (3) Chore Coats with logos in sizes M, L, 1XL and 3XL, total 582 (4) Knives with imprint, Dorado 4 and Small Pocket Knives, 400 total (5) Backpacks with imprint, 275 each (6) Watches/Clocks with imprint etched on watch band, Women s G-Shock and Men s Sport, Water resistant, and Atomic Clock, 400 total (7) Weather Stations with logo, Digital Wireless and Weather Stations, total 375 (8) Radios, FM with docking station and Job Site, 1200 total (9) Hydration Packs with logo silk screened in full color, 300 each (10) Leatherman 14 Tool Pack with logo etched into handle, 500 each (11) Pedometer wrist band with logo etched or screen printed, 100 each (12) Leatherman Micra with lettering engraved on side, 50 each (13) Headlamps/Flashlights with logo etched on headlamp/flashlight, 200 total (14) American Flag 4 x 6 , 50 each (15) Leather Travel Bag with matching privacy covered luggage tag with lettering, 100 each (16) Thermos & Cooler with logo imprinted on both items, 200 each (17) Presentation Box, 50 each The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 315220. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply type contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, WA. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-14-Q-0202. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 03 April 2014. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 05 May 2014 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
