- U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting on a sole source basis with Intergraph Government Solutions, Bldg 15, Suites A-B, and 170 Graphics Drive, Madison, AL 35758 for modular software application upgrade to provide a fully automated capability to develop, issue and track Special Operations Maintenance Messages (SOMM) to render critical concurrence or non occurrence decisions instantly accessible on the Joint Configuration Management System (JCMIS) dashboard. The proposed action will be processed as a Firm Fixed Price contract for supplies and services which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203 (a). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541512; the business size is $25 million. The estimated date of the request for proposal is 18 April 2014 by 2:00 pm EST.
