- Exhibit C - Pricing Table Exhibit B - Delivery and Performance Information Exhibit A - Contract Data Requirements List Attachment 3 - Government Furnished Property List Attachment 2 - DD Form 254 Attachment 1 - Statement of Work Request for Proposal The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI intends to award a 5-year contract for obsolescence/manufacturability issue resolution, fabrication, assembly, testing, packaging, and delivery of First Article and Production Alternators and First Article and Production Regulators for the Mk 48 Heavyweight Torpedoes in accordance with Government drawings and specifications. Base Quantity - (5) First Article Alternators and (5) First Article Regulators; Maximum Option Quantities - up to 250 ea. Alternators and 250 ea. Regulators. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Newport, R.I. and Keyport, WA. This procurement will be processed using FAR Part 15. NAICS Code is 332994. This procurement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract line items are anticipated. NOTE: The drawings/specifications will NOT be posted on our website. To receive the Specifications/Drawings/Technical Data Package (TDP)/GFI Package review the Contract Security Classification Specification, DD Form 254 and send the following information to lisa.mckeon@navy.mil : Company Name; Company Address; Cage Code; Point of Contact (include telephone number); Security Point of Contact (include telephone number); and Classified Information Address. If required security clearances have been confirmed by NUWC, Companies will be provided two CDs (1 classified and 1 unclassifed) upon release of the solicitation. If requests are submitted after release of the solicitation, Companies will be provided CDs upon confirmation of required security clearance. Technical proposals are required. The Government intends to award to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value, considering cost/price, past performance, and technical factors. The specific evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation. All timely offers will be considered. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) ( https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ ) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS.gov website.
