- The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Compusearch Software Systems, Inc., 21251 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 100, Dulles, VA 20166. This award is for: software licenses and maintenance on the PRISM system. Compusearch is the only qualified source for maintenance and updates of PRISM software products currently supporting procurement processing and operations at the USSS and Compusearch owns and controls the source code for PRISM products currently used at the USSS. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements of this Solicitation, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written responses via electronic mail will be accepted and must be received within five (5) calendar days of the date of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
