- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSITITUES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and as supplemented with addition information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for VA248-14-Q-0753 issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Federal Acquisition Circular. The NAICS Code is 337214 and the size standard is 500 Employees. This procurement is being set as 100% SMALL BUSINESS Registration at http://www.SAM.gov (SAM) is required in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR COPIES WILL NOT BE HONORED. Interested persons may submit offers, and all eligible offers received prior to April 2, 2014 @ 8:00 am EST will be considered by the Government. Responses should be sent to linda.baldwin1@va.gov.
