- *** AMENDMENT 0002 IS ISSUED TO CANCEL THE SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIRETY*** ***Amendment 0001 issued to extend closing date to 10/22/13 in order to add Triac Systems (3NPP2) Part Number 639AS10935 as a source of supply.*** Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. Sources of supply are: DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc. (30463) part number 639AS10935, Raytheon Co. (15090) part number 639AS10935 and ITT Corp. (71468) part number 639AS10935. Government First Article Test (FAT) applies. The NSN is as follows 6150-01-506-9685, 189 day's delivery without FAT and 414 days with FAT. FOB Destination. This is a critical application item. Configuration Control and Export Control apply. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
